Enviornmental Remediation and Culverts
Remediation is the process of restoring the land and environment to its original or intended condition after construction, excavation, or other earthwork activities. This often involves carefully repairing and reshaping natural features such as creeks, drainages, ponds, etc. to ensure proper water flow and ecological balance. To prevent erosion and sediment runoff, we install protective measures like rip rap, wattles, silt fences, and straw blankets, which stabilize the soil and control water movement. Additionally, seeding native grasses is a key step in long term erosion control, as these plants establish deep roots that hold the soil in place and support the regeneration of the local ecosystem.
